That was a beautiful service for Randy. Sorry we couldn't be there in person. Nicole made a beautiful eulogy to him and we cried. We will greatly miss Randy and are thankful that we got to see him shortly before he passed. We will remember that beautiful spirit and the good times we shared with him. RIP Randy. Randy was one of a kind. One of the best people I have the pleasure to work with during my career in SIU. As a fellow retired Police Officer we shared many stories and experience. Working for another Carrier we still would talk often both helping me and him in return. I will miss those calls

My deepest condolences to the Hackett family, and friends. Randy was one of my favorite co-workers. He taught me things every time we spoke. Whenever we would chat, he would always talk about his grandchildren and how much he loved them ( all the wonderful Disney cruises). Although he wasn't feeling his best, he always asked about my mother, offering her treatment advice which meant so much to me. He was selfless, caring and full of joy regardless of the situation. Truly an amazing man!
I will miss your smile, our jokes and your guidance. Rest ever so peacefully Randy!!

Randy was amazing neighbor growing up. I know my family thought the world of him. My brother and I were so happy when he reached out on FB and we both realized even after so many years he was as great as we remembered. My thoughts and prayers to his family. He will be missed.

My sincerest condolences to Randy's family. He was a joy to work with and as a fellow animal rescuer I admired Randys ability to put himself second in order to help everyone else (two legged and four legged!). He will be sorely missed. I'm so sorry for his passing but know that he made a difference in the lives of many. Rest in Peace, sweet man.

Randy will be greatly missed at Travelers. Over the last 10+ years I’ve witnessed a man who put others before himself. Always quick with a joke, smile, or handshake. Too many fun times and conversations to count. Rest easy my friend. Thoughts and prayers are with Doreen and your family.
