Anthony Nunziata, 79, of Pompton Plains, passed away on February 7, 2012.
Born and raised in Fairview, Anthony moved to Cedar Crest Village in Pompton Plains in 2005. A proud veteran, Anthony served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He later earned his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and worked for many years at Singer-Kearfott in Totowa.
Anthony is survived by his brother, Michael, and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held 9 am Saturday, February 11 at the M. John Scanlan Funeral Home, Pompton Plains. Interment will follow at Fairview Cemetery, Fairview. The family will receive visitors Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Anthony's memory can be made to the Cedar Crest Benevolent Fund, Philanthropy Office, 1 Cedar Crest Drive, Pompton Plains, NJ.
