Anthony A. LaLuna, 85, of Pompton Plains, formerly of Wayne, passed away on Wednesday, December 28, 2011.
 
Born and raised in Brooklyn, Anthony served in the US Army after graduating from high school. He married Antoinette Infante in 1945 and the couple resided in Brooklyn before moving to NJ in 1963. Anthony was employed by American Cyanamid as a manager and systems analyst for over 47 years. He was a member and past trustee of the Pompton Lakes Elks Lodge #1895.
 
Anthony is survived by his daughters, Barbara LaLuna-Facompre and her husband William and Denise LaLuna-Endean and her husband Paul; and his grandchildren, Nicole and Michelle Facompre. He was predeceased by his wife, Antoinette.
 
A funeral mass will be celebrated 12 pm on Friday, December 30 at Our Lady of Good Counsel RC Church, Pompton Plains. Interment will follow at Christ the King Cemetery, Franklin Lakes. The family will receive visitors from 2-4 & 7-9 pm on Thursday at the funeral home.
 
In lieu of flowers, donations in Anthony’s memory can be made to Passaic County Elks Cerebral Palsy Treatment Center.
