CREMATION

As cremation rises in popularity throughout the U.S., we have realized how important it is to provide the families we serve with information regarding cremation options available to them. As these are general suggestions, we urge you to come in and sit down with one of our funeral directors so that we may customize any and all funeral preferences for you.

Direct Cremation: this service the simplest of your funeral options. It includes the cremation without any services, such as a funeral or memorial service. It is the most economical option for families.

Cremation with Memorial Service: a memorial service can be added on to the direct cremation option very easily. A memorial service can be held at a variety of venues, including the funeral home, your church, at home or at a local restaurant or park. Personalization of these services is endless.

Cremation with a full service funeral: contrary to many people’s belief, a full funeral service can take place even if cremation is preferred. These services can include visitation with or without an open casket, a funeral service at church or at the funeral home, and transportation to the crematory with a service in the accompanying chapel. A casket can be purchased, or if preferred, families can choose our casket rental option.
